You can enjoy DIGI products on your mobile for as long as you want, with no commitment to a minimum contract period.

The Fiber service has a 3-month minimum contract period.

If you wish to sign up for the contract mode, you will need a valid identification document in Spain such as a DNI or NIE, and you will need to provide the IBAN account number where you want to direct your invoices.

If you want to activate a prepaid line, you will need some form of official identification document (DNI, NIE, passport, or document from your country) that includes your photo and is legally valid.

The billing cycle runs from the 16th to the 15th of each month, and the service fee is debited from your bank account between the 31st and the 5th of the following month.

Each month, you will receive the invoice electronically at the email address you provided during the signup process.

You can also access My DIGI Account, to view and download your invoice at any time.

You can pay your bills through direct debit, conveniently and securely with your debit or credit card via the web or by calling 1200 from your DIGI number.

To do this, you must call the Customer Service department by dialing 1200 from your Digi number, and they will take care of processing the cancellation. If you need to return the equipment from your fiber installation, they will provide you with a collection code so you can return them to the nearest official Digi distributor.

When you insert your SIM card into an unlocked mobile phone and enter the PIN code (1234 by default), your line will be activated. You will receive a notification to set up the internet service.

You should always have data service and data roaming enabled to be able to browse.

In this link, You have more information on how to configure your internet service. Remember that if you have a prepaid card, you must have a product activated to browse.

If you need to know your PUK code, you can obtain it in different ways:

  • Entering My Digi Account with your username and password.
  • Calling Customer Service at number 1200 or 642642642 if calling from another operator.

For security reasons and to protect your privacy, official Digi points of sale do not have access to that information.

If for any reason you have lost your SIM card and need a duplicate with the same number, don’t worry, we can help you.

To obtain a duplicate of your number, you must go to an Official Digi Distributor with your original identification document. Keep in mind that it must be the same document you used to register; if not, for your security, we will not be able to issue the duplicate.

If your line is prepaid, you can also find out the expiration date of your bundles.

To manage your DIGI lines from home, you have several options:

My DIGI Account: It is your personal customer area from where you can easily manage your DIGI lines at any time. You can check your usage and accumulated data, activate extra data, check your PUK code, top up your balance, and switch between products.

By dialing *100# on your mobile: Here you can check your services, activate extra data, and top up your balance. The main difference from My DIGI Account is that with *100#, you have the option to request an advance balance if needed. Also, it doesn’t require an internet connection, so you won’t use your data.


By dialing 1215 on your mobile: You will hear instructions directly to top up your balance, activate products, increase your data, and you can also request a balance transfer to another DIGI number.
