Yes, we charge 20€ for checking any tablet, mobile phone, laptop, Mac, and PC (only payable if the repair estimate is not accepted).

Yes, we need you to bring both devices, and we take care of everything. Software and application updates, copying photos and videos, contacts, WhatsApp conversations… The estimated time will depend on the amount of information we need to transfer. This entire process starts from 19€.

Yes, we offer home computer technical service. The cost of the visit is 39€, which includes travel expenses (mileage will be charged for Torrevieja, urbanizations, and other locations) and up to one hour of labor (most issues are resolved within that time). If we are unable to resolve the problem, the cost of the visit will be 19€.

Yes, we offer formatting, cleaning, and operating system reinstallation technical service. The cost of the service is 39€. In case you request a data backup, the cost of the service will be 49€. In most cases, we return the equipment on the same day.
