Frequently Asked Questions FAQs

These requirements are needed:

  • A DNI or NIE document (original, not a photocopy)
  • Being of legal age
  • Having a Spanish bank account
  • Having an email (for the reception of invoices)

Your portability will be ready in about two business days. During this time, you will not be without service while the porting process is underway.

By phone, calling 1456 if you are not a customer or 121 if you are, and through the Mi Lowi app.

You will be able to view your electronic invoice whenever you want by accessing your personal area on the website or through the Mi Lowi app.

What information does my invoice include?

  • The summary of your consumption
  • Your customer details
  • The details of your invoice
  • The breakdown of your consumption

Remember that every month, Lowi will send you an email with a link to view your electronic invoice, and additionally, you can download it in PDF format.

When will I receive the invoice?

Between the 9th and the 12th of each month, your invoice will be available in your personal area, and from the 14th to the 18th, you will receive the bank charge for the bill. Before that date, make sure you have enough funds in your account for the payment to be processed correctly.

By accessing your customer area on the website or in the Mi Lowi app. There, you can see the remaining data and minutes in real-time, both total and accumulated.

Whenever you want: you just need to call 121. However, both the old and new account holders must be present to complete the recording correctly. Oh, and have handy:

Current customer:

  • Last four digits of the bank account where the invoices are domiciled.

Nuevo titular:

  • Email
  • Bank account number

If the change of data is due to death, the new account holder must have the death certificate handy. And last but not least: the change of account holder incurs a cost of 3 euros, BUT if it’s the first time you’re requesting it, there won’t be any cost.

In the case of having a Lowi mobile plan, you don’t have to do ANYTHING! All plans come with roaming activated by default.

So, when you’re traveling, it’s very likely that your smartphone will take the liberty of automatically connecting to the compatible operator in the country (which is the equivalent of Lowi in coverage), and when you return home, you’ll regain your usual service.

If for some reason the automatic connection to the foreign mobile network does not occur, you will have to do it manually. This is what we call a manual network selection. It’s done the same way on almost all phones:

  • iPhone: Settings > Mobile data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic > Choose a network
  • Android: Settings > SIM cards and mobile networks > Choose SIM > Mobile network > Turn off network automatically > > Accept warning messages > Coose a network.

Remember, if you had to manually select a network, you’ll need to manually select the Lowi network again when you’re back home.

Before using roaming recklessly, you know it’s not the same everywhere in the world. There are two ways:

  • Access your private area Mi Lowi, where you can activate the voicemail options you choose: while you’re on a call, if you don’t answer, or if you’re turned off or out of coverage.
  • Dial *147# and the call button, and start enjoying this service. This way, you’ll activate the voicemail service completely for all options, but you can modify it from the private area.

If after a while voicemail isn’t for you, remember that deactivating voicemail is just as easy as activating it.

In case of cancellation or termination, you must return the router. You have 30 days to do so from your cancellation date. Within 24 hours of processing your cancellation, you will receive an SMS with a code to initiate the return.

You have two ways to return it:

  • Request a courier to pick it up at the address of your choice. You can do this through the following link: https://recogidaequipo.lowi.es. This return option is free of charge.
  • Go to your nearest Post Office with the router, its components, and the code you received via SMS.

This code is effective from the day after you receive it. This return option is free of charge. If you have more than one Lowi router, you will receive an SMS for each of them. The return procedure is the same, and you can return them at the same time.

If you do not process the return after your cancellation, you will incur a charge of 120€, which you will see in your bank account. In case of return, the charge will not be made, or we will reimburse it as soon as we receive it.

How do I access the Lowi router settings?

Very easy. Access the router by following these steps:

  • Make sure you are connected to the router via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable, not through mobile data.
  • Enter in the address bar of your browser or visit www.wifilowi.es.
  • Log in (the username and password are on the back of your Lowi router).

What can you do within the router settings?

Among the common actions are:

  • Changing your Wi-Fi password
  • Checking which devices are connected to the network
  • Limiting the connections of computers
