Yes, the contract period is 6 months for Fiber, TV, and Landline services, while the mobile service has no contract period.

We require the original DNI or NIE (photocopies are not accepted) and a bank statement showing the IBAN account number and your name, to verify that the account belongs to you.

The billing cycle covers from the 1st to the last day of each month, and we will debit the service from your bank account between the 1st and the 5th of the following month.

The monthly payments are made in advance, and it’s possible that your first bill may be slightly higher as it will include the prorated amount from the day of fiber installation until the end of the billing month, along with the regular monthly fee.

If you also have a landline or mobile service, please note that special rate numbers are NOT included.

The bills are automatically charged via direct debit to the account you provided at the time of registration. If you have been delayed in any payment, you can settle it with your debit or credit card by contacting Customer Service at 966 190 847 or by visiting the central office located at C/ San Policarpo, 41 in Torrevieja

When you insert the SIM card into an unlocked mobile phone and enter the PIN code, your line will be activated. You will receive a notification to configure the internet service.

You must always have the data service and data roaming activated to be able to browse.

The PUK code is printed on the white card provided to you when you signed up for the line. If you don’t have it, you can visit the office located at C/ San Policarpo, 41 in Torrevieja to have your card unlocked.

To obtain a duplicate of your number, you must go to the office located at C/ San Policarpo, 41 in Torrevieja with the original DNI or NIE of the line holder.

Each month you will receive the invoice in PDF format at the email address you provided during registration.

For this procedure, you will need to bring the router and the ID card of the services holder to the office located at C/ San Policarpo, 41 in Torrevieja.
