Mobile portability is a simple process that involves changing operators without changing your phone number. This process begins when you receive your SIM card. Your current operator and MásMovil will agree on a changeover date as soon as possible. If there are any issues with the portability, we will contact you to resolve them.

At the moment we know when you will switch to MásMovil, we will send you an SMS to inform you. On the day the operator change takes place, your old SIM card will stop working (usually during the night, to minimize the impact of the change) and you can start using the MásMovil one.

To request a SIM card change, you can visit a MasLife store, request it from your personal area in the MasMovil app, or call us at 2373 from Spain or +34 911 333 333 if you are abroad or calling from another operator.

You can enjoy MásMovil’s mobile lines without commitment unless you opt for a package with a special offer, in which case we will inform you at the time of requesting the offer and in your contract.

In the Fiber service, there is a 3-month commitment. In case this is not the case, we will inform you at the time of contracting.

To become a MásMovil customer under contract, you must be of legal age, provide your ID/NIE, have a bank account, and provide a bank statement.

If you want to switch to MásMovil while keeping your current mobile number, you must be the account holder and not have any other ongoing portability. The information we will ask for includes the phone number you want to transfer, the current operator, and the SIM serial number for prepaid (ICCID).

Please note that, for legal reasons, if you have chosen prepaid, you must be present at the time of delivery of the order and show your ID.

At MásMovil, we will install fiber for you as soon as possible. We can schedule the appointment at the moment of making the contract or wait for the installer to contact you to arrange an appointment.

In the days following the signing of the contract, our technician will bring the router and set everything up for you. We will keep you informed via email/SMS throughout the process, and you can also track the status of your installation in the personal area of the MásMovil app.

We will cancel the mobile lines you bring to MásMovil with your previous operator once the portability process is complete.

You will need to cancel the fiber, TV, landline, ADSL, or any other mobile line that you do not want once the MásMovil fiber is installed and your mobile lines have been ported.
